Important note for customers who completed their automatic delivery before November 2024
Our website is shining in new splendor - because we put our online shop on a modern technological basis at the end of October 2024. You can buy products here as usual or find out about health topics. And you can now order new automatic deliveries even more easily via our new product pages, which you can easily cancel or adjust in your customer account.
However, there are restrictions for existing automatic deliveries due to the move: Due to the new technological basis, you cannot make any changes to automatic deliveries that were completed before October 2024 in the new customer account. This affects, for example, entering new payment details, cancellations or changing a delivery interval.
In this case, our helpful customer service is of course available as always atservice@navimol.de . You can make informal changes to your existing automatic deliveries by email. However, if your payment information needs to be updated, it is essential that you transfer your automatic delivery to our new platform. Our friendly service will help you with this: simply write to us and tell us your telephone number. We will then call you back to personally guide you step by step through the transition to the new system.
In principle, however, the transfer is straightforward even without personal support: simply inform us by email that you would like to manage your automatic delivery in our new webshop in the future. We will then switch off your old automatic delivery. You can then complete it again easily and conveniently via the product page. In this case, you will automatically be guided through the self-explanatory process. And if you do have any questions, we are always there for you.
