Since December 14, 2012, the EU's Health Claims Regulation has prohibited manufacturers of food supplements from making any kind of health and effectiveness claims (with very few exceptions). For this reason, we have to restrict ourselves to the pure product properties for many of our products. In these cases, we recommend that you do your own research on the Internet using reputable sources. A specialist can usually also advise you, as they are not bound by the Health Claims Regulation.
The reference values for nutrient intake describe amounts for the daily intake of energy and nutrients. They form the basis for deriving food-related recommendations for a balanced diet and are communicated by the German Nutrition Society. They apply to nutrients that are permitted by EU legislation, such as clearly defined vitamins and minerals. There are also food additives that are also permitted by the EU, but which may not be sold as food supplements. We therefore sell these substances as food additives without specifying recommended daily amounts. In these cases, we recommend that you do your own research on the Internet using reputable sources. A specialist can usually also advise you.
We produce our products according to our own recipe exclusively in a strictly tested facility in Germany that is certified according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). We also have the marketability of our ingredients confirmed by an independent testing facility.
When selecting suppliers of our raw materials from all over the world, we pay meticulous attention to high and consistent quality. We base our decisions on scientific quality criteria, chemical purity and freedom from harmful substances. For this reason, not all raw materials are certified organic, because, given our specific target groups, health safety and compatibility are more important to us than organic labels and green production conditions. Of course, we still strive to use raw materials and production processes that are as sustainable and green as possible, but health comes first.
Our products usually have a shelf life of between 1.5 and 2 years. The best-before date of our products can be found on the stamp on the bottom of the product packaging.
It is best to store our products in a cool, dry place. Storing them in the refrigerator is not absolutely necessary, but please make sure that children cannot access the products.
Dietary supplements are not medicines, but food. Our products therefore contain nutrients that you would otherwise consume through normal food. The various products can therefore generally be taken together. However, you should always pay attention to the recommended daily amounts of the products and the ingredients that you will find on our products. Unfortunately, only a doctor can make individual recommendations, who can tailor the intake to your personal values and needs.
In principle, our products are also suitable for expectant or breastfeeding mothers. However, our dosage recommendations are based on the needs of an average adult. The requirements for (expectant) mothers may differ from these values. We therefore recommend consulting a doctor. If he or she has no objections, our products can also be used by breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women.
Our capsule shells are made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and therefore of natural plant fibers. It is a similar substance to normal cellulose, but hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is water-soluble. It is vegan and vegetarian, it acts like a fiber in the human body and can be consumed without any concerns or restrictions.
Our products are free from unwanted additives or preservatives.
We love animals! For this reason, all of our products are free from animal ingredients. Consequently, they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans without any restrictions.
Our dosage recommendations are generally calculated for an average adult. Children have different requirements due to their lower body weight, which is why a different daily dose may be advisable. The stage of development must also be taken into account when taking food supplements. We therefore recommend consulting a doctor or pediatrician, as only they can make an individual recommendation.
Whenever possible, we make sure that our products use the forms that your body can absorb best and use most quickly. However, for some ingredients, the particularly usable forms have a significantly higher volume without being significantly cheaper to absorb. In some cases, we have therefore opted for user-friendly forms of the ingredients so that they fit into the capsules of combination preparations. These ingredients are also extremely high quality and functionally equivalent.
All of our products are specifically designed for long-term use. Unless you notice any signs to the contrary, you can use our products daily and without any time limit.
All Navimol products had to undergo a strict procedure at the time of their market launch, in which the recipe was checked and certified by an independent traffic inspector. This allows us to ensure that our products are completely safe to consume, despite the sometimes high dosage of the ingredients. Every single ingredient in our products has been classified as safe and permissible by the European Food Safety Authority in the maximum permitted quantities. In addition, production is constantly monitored in a modern facility under the strict requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
The contents of the capsules of our food supplements are safe even when opened. Theoretically, you can open them and consume them in a different form, for example mixed into yogurt. However, we do not use artificial flavors, so our products do not necessarily have a beneficial effect on the taste of food. They are also not designed to be stirred into drinks; they therefore dissolve only with difficulty or not at all in liquids. Otherwise, there is nothing to stop you from opening the capsules and consuming the contents in another way, especially since our capsule shells made of vegetable hydroxypropylmethylcellulose are designed to dissolve as quickly as possible in the stomach and release the ingredients.
The situation is different with our food additives, i.e. the sodium propionate in our product Propital: The contents of our capsules are pure sodium propionate, which can react and cause irritation if it comes into contact with the skin or eyes. If you want to open the capsules, you should therefore wear gloves and goggles. Please also ensure that the sodium propionate does not get into the respiratory tract or into the hands of children.
Packaging
Our packaging is made of plastic. Would reusable glass bottles be an environmentally friendly alternative? After intensive consideration, we have consciously decided against glass bottles - for reasons of sustainability: The production of glass bottles requires an extremely large amount of energy, as does their transport. The reason for this is the significantly higher weight of glass. Returning individual bottles by post or the complex chemical cleaning of glass bottles is anything but environmentally friendly. In addition, safe transport of glass can only be guaranteed by using additional packaging material: plastic film, cardboard and filling material are often less sustainable than the plastic container itself. Glass is therefore only a sustainable alternative at first glance. With glass there is also always the risk of glass breakage - during shipping and also in your home. We are also not allowed to and do not want to use packaging made of cardboard or compostable materials for reasons of consumer safety. Food packaging must not release harmful substances into the food, nor must it be permeable to contamination - for example from liquids or microorganisms. Cardboard and compostable packaging cannot currently meet these requirements. Even if we ourselves avoid plastic wherever possible, there is currently no sensible way around it when it comes to food supplements. We are staying on the ball and continuing to look for alternatives, because the packaging industry is also currently undergoing a change that is producing many innovations. At the moment, everything speaks in favor of plastic packaging: Our cans are made of PET plastic, some of which has already been obtained from recycling. The raw material requirement is therefore comparatively low. Our packaging can also be recycled very efficiently when reused - provided it is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. We therefore ask you to always dispose of the cans in the waste intended for packaging. PET is light, safe and robust. It is resistant to numerous chemicals and liquids. The plastic also does not release any harmful substances into the contents, so the quality of our products is maintained. For these reasons, we have deliberately chosen plastic containers.
Delivery times & delivery
Unfortunately not at the moment. Since all orders are processed very quickly, your package will leave our logistics center within 24 hours on working days and will reach you within 1-3 days.
Yes, your package can also be delivered to a different delivery address. You just need to enter this address during the order process. The package will then only be shipped to this delivery address.
As soon as we receive your order, it will be processed immediately and the goods will be dispatched immediately. The package will reach you within 1-3 days. Our logistics partner DHL delivers throughout Germany, including on Saturdays. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. This may extend the delivery time accordingly.
There are no shipping costs for shipments within Germany. For deliveries abroad, the costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
The guaranteed best price and the greatest convenience for you - that is our practical automatic delivery. We offer this service for all Navimol products. And this is how it works: Simply put the desired product in the shopping cart as an automatic delivery and complete the order as usual. You will then receive the product every three months. You can cancel or postpone the automatic delivery at any time without any formalities by email or phone. Of course, our satisfaction guarantee also applies to this delivery option. The quickest, safest and easiest way is via our website, as no manual process is required. But of course we are also happy to receive an email or speak to you in person.
Our automatic delivery is currently only available for our quarterly packs. This means that you will receive our product every three months. Example: If you order an automatic delivery on March 1st, the next automatic delivery will be triggered on June 1st. If June 1st is a Saturday, we may bring the delivery forward a day to May 31st so that the goods are shipped on Friday. Please note that we cannot take the different lengths of months into account for our products, i.e. depending on the length of the months, you may not have any capsules to take for 1-2 days. In our example: March, April and May have a total of 92 days. If you would like to receive the automatic delivery earlier, you can contact us informally at any time by email or telephone. Our friendly service will then postpone the shipment by a few days.

If you paid by card, please check your bank statement from the date of order as your refund may be reflected on the order date.
If you paid for your order with a card that has since expired or been cancelled, please contact your bank. The refund will always be made to the payment method you used to place your order. The refund cannot be made to a different card.
If you used a different payment method when placing your order, please contact the relevant financial institution to receive the refunded amount.
Please keep your return tracking number until your refund has been processed. If we have not received your item(s), we may ask you for it.
Once we have received your cancellation, you will be automatically refunded within 14 days (from the day on which you sent your cancellation) using the payment method used for the order.
If you paid by card, please check your bank statement from the date of order as your refund may be reflected on the order date.
